We're looking for Technical Support professionals to join our client's team in the beautiful Málaga!
As Technical Support Advisor I on our team, you will:
- Be the first contact point for customers with technical support issues and questions on their products
- Be responsible for problem solving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions regarding installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products
- Analyze the issue if any, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.
- Provide known fixes and workarounds for problems, if available; Resolve non-defect problems
- Search knowledgebase, online self-services and product documentation for known software defects and eliminate these as possible issues
- Escalate unresolved problems
This is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Norwegian or Danish plus fluent in English
- Have 1 year of experience in previous technical support roles
- First-rate interpersonal phone skills, etiquette and work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure
- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures, strong attention to detail, and be able to keep organized notes
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS
- Networking Troubleshooting Knowledge
- Basic Virtualization Knowledge
It would be a plus if you:
- Have experience in Storage Networking Knowledge
