About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Optimization Specialist to enhance customer service operations through AI, automation, and workflow optimization. You’ll optimize Gorgias CRM, improve processes, and drive customer satisfaction for global health, wellness, and skincare brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize CRM & Workflows – Manage and refine Gorgias CRM across email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Automate & Scale – Implement AI-powered agents and automations to streamline customer interactions.
- Enhance Customer Experience – Develop proactive communication workflows and outbound call strategies (PhoneBurner).
- Boost Community Engagement – Create processes for managing online communities, testimonials, and reviews.
- Lead AI & Tech Innovations – Stay ahead of emerging AI-driven CRM trends and ensure seamless integration.
- Ensure Quality & Performance – Use data analytics and QA systems to track success and refine processes.
What We’re Looking For
- CRM & Automation Expertise – Experience with Gorgias or similar CRM tools and AI-driven customer service.
