We are seeking a highly skilled End-to-End Test Coordinator willing to relocate and join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.


The role of the End-to-End Test Coordinator is integral within a complex delivery organization, coordinating testing activities across diverse stakeholders, ensuring delivery quality, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices. This role requires a hands-on professional with both technical expertise and strong coordinating abilities. Candidates must have at least 6 years' experience in similar roles within complex delivery organizations and meet strict technical and testing capability requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


Support the Delivery of Features:

  • Define Feature Test Plans alongside all relevant squads and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the End-to-End testing process, coordinating all testing efforts both within and outside the tribe.
  • Monitor and communicate quality, progress, and impediments during the delivery lifecycle.
  • Partner with (Cluster) Scrum Masters to ensure consistent and up-to-date delivery planning.

Assist Squads in Organizing Test Activities:

  • Define test strategies, test automation strategies, and test coverage requirements in alignment with squads.
  • Ensure squads allocate required time and capacity for planned testing activities.
  • Help align testing schedules and ensure seamless collaboration.

Coaching and Continuous Improvement on Test Activities:

  • Help squads improve their quality practices by refining test strategies and applying appropriate methodologies, tooling, and risk management techniques.
  • Coach stakeholders and drive increased test maturity within the organization.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement by introducing best practices such as test automation, regression tests, and modern techniques (e.g., TDD/BDD).
  • Actively participate in the Tribe Test Engineer Community to foster a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for growth in Quality Assurance across the tribe.


Your Profile:


Skills and Knowledge (Mandatory):

  • Comprehensive knowledge of testing techniques, testing types, and test levels for both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Expertise in structured & risk-based testing methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of software development methods and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of functional architecture, application architecture, and infrastructure architecture.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in using test and automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, Soap, and Service Virtualization.
  • Ability to assess and determine estimates and workload for testing activities.
  • Proficiency in promoting test automation, implementing tooling, and modernization efforts (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, automated regression suites).
