Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: 100% Remote(Mexico based)
Job Type: Contract
What you need to have:
• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in design/ implementation of automation solutions.
• Proficiency with custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, process builders, Lightning flows, approval processes and the Salesforce security model.
• Experience with regular day-to-day deployments, both large- and small-scale.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps using tools like Flosum, Copado, GearSet, etc.
• Familiarity with SSO and other integration authentication.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
What makes you stand out:
• Additional Salesforce Certifications - Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and the Consultant certifications.
• Insurance or Financial Industry experience.
• Experience managing data, executing queries, creating reports and handling data migrations.
• An inquisitive mind that is not afraid to question current ways of thinking.
• An ability to devise creative solutions to business problems.
• Knowledge of Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other development concepts.
