Live Ops Producer Mobile Games Berlin in GERMANY

We are partnering with a leading mobile games studio based in Berlin, seeking a talented LiveOps Producer to join their exciting F2P card-based games. In this role, you will manage the LiveOps production roadmap, oversee content updates, and spearhead feature development to enhance the overall player experience. This position is offered onsite in Berlin, with a competitive salary and a comprehensive relocation package.

What you will do:

• Lead a dedicated LiveOps Production team, overseeing the feature and content pipeline.
• Analyse LiveOps performance to boost player engagement and ensure product success, collaborating closely with Product Managers.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including milestone planning, strategic goals, and business priorities.
• Implement efficient processes to improve production predictability and streamline operations.
• Effectively communicate product vision and priorities to teams, product managers, and stakeholders.

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in F2P game production, ideally within the casual games sector.
• A proven track record of successfully launching and managing live game features and content.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a solid understanding of the Product Owner role and rapid iteration cycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• A solid technical understanding of game development tools and workflows.
• A passion for creating user-focused, high-quality gaming products.
