About the Role

Emet Digital is looking for a Marketing Data & Reporting Analyst who can turn complex data into compelling visual stories. This role is perfect for someone who understands marketing performance, data interpretation, and reporting—and who can create clear, engaging presentations that drive strategic decisions.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, paid media, and account management teams to analyze campaign data, build insightful reports, and design visually compelling dashboards and decks that highlight key trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Marketing Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Track marketing KPIs, identify trends, and create easy-to-digest performance reports.


🎨 Visual Storytelling & Report Design

  • Transform data into beautiful, compelling presentations that highlight key findings.
  • Create engaging decks, reports, and dashboards to support marketing strategies.
  • Present complex data in visually appealing formats that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.


📢 Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with the marketing and paid media teams to ensure data accuracy and strategy alignment.
  • Help develop data visualization best practices and maintain reporting consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.


Qualifications

Experience in Marketing Analytics & Reporting: 3+ years in data analysis, performance marketing, or a similar role.

Strong Data Interpretation Skills: Ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive marketing decisions.

Proficiency in Reporting Tools: Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Graphic Design & Data Visualization: Experience using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools to create engaging decks and reports.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets Skills: Ability to manipulate large datasets and create automated reports.

Strong Communication & Storytelling Skills: Ability to present data in an engaging, easy-to-understand way.

Detail-Oriented & Creative Thinker: A blend of analytical and creative skills to craft visually stunning reports.


Preferred Skills

🔹 Knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Tracking Implementation

🔹 Basic understanding of SQL for data querying

🔹 Familiarity with AI-based data visualization tools
