As our Creative Director, youβll set the creative vision, oversee art direction, and manage a team of editors and motion designers to craft visually compelling, performance-driven marketing assets that attract and convert users.
π What Youβll Do:
β’ Lead the creative strategy for marketing, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand identity across all channels.
β’ Oversee art direction, developing engaging visual solutions for paid ads, organic content, and branded assets.
β’ Conceptualize and produce short-format video ads and static creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
β’ Write compelling ad scripts and design storyboards to bring creative ideas to life.
β’ Oversee the design of marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
β’ Collaborate with the paid media and marketing team to align creative direction with user acquisition goals.
β’ Manage and mentor a team of editors, motion designers, and creative producers, ensuring a high-quality creative pipeline.
β’ Implement visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment.
β’ Use design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch to develop and refine assets.
β’ Conduct A/B testing and leverage performance data to refine and optimize ad creatives.
β’ Stay ahead of industry trends in digital advertising, storytelling, and visual design to push creative boundaries.
π What You Bring:
β’ 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (Art Direction, Visual Design, or Creative Direction) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual solutions across various mediums (digital, print, video).
β’ Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in art direction, branding, and ad creative production (please include a portfolio, website, or relevant link in your application).
β’ Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment.
β’ Proven ability to design and execute engaging ad creatives for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
β’ Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and motion design.
β’ Hands-on experience managing creative teams, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration.
β’ Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft scripted narratives and visual concepts for ads.
β’ Excellent project management and multitasking abilities, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
β’ A passion for art, creativity, and performance-driven marketing in a fast-moving startup environment.
