We’re Hiring: UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a talented and well-rounded UX/UI Designer to join our team! You’ll play a key role in crafting seamless, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for our clients. This role requires equal strength in both UX and UI, as you’ll be responsible for everything from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and design system development.
You’ll collaborate closely with content strategists, developers, QA specialists, and project managers to bring user-friendly, brand-aligned websites to life. While we expect a strong foundation in UX and UI, mentorship will be provided to help you further refine your skills and grow in your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Create UX prototypes (wireframes) and website mockups based on sitemaps produced within our agency
- Design visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our clients’ brand and business objectives
- Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects
- Ensure that user interfaces are technically feasible and can be implemented within project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with website developers to ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and optimized performance
- Work closely with content strategists, developers, and project managers to align design with content and functionality
- Stay up-to-date with UX/UI best practices, visual design trends, and emerging tools
What You’ll Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, web design, or a related field
- Strong UX and UI skills—both are equally important for this role
- Proficiency in Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas
- Experience creating design systems and style guides
- Understanding of web development processes (an asset but not required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
