About the Job:

Our client, developed by a venture-backed technology firm based in Silicon Valley, is recognized as a leader in construction pricing data and is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join their team.


This role is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the growth of their organic online presence and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to expert for social media strategy and execution, driving growth across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and WhatsApp.
  • Oversee the daily management of all social media channels and cultivate vibrant Facebook and WhatsApp communities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase followers and engagement on primary channels.
  • Edit raw video content into optimized social media posts using tools like CapCut.
  • Simplify technical product information into engaging, easy-to-understand social-friendly content.
  • Monitor emerging platforms and trends to explore opportunities for expansion.
  • Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize content, channels, and campaigns.
  • Analyze the business impact of social media efforts, including leads, subscriptions, and churn, adjusting strategies based on performance.
  • Craft compelling, platform-specific written content in English that effectively communicates the value of Handoff’s product.
  • Support the product and sales teams with social media marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute cohesive social media campaigns across all platforms.


About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media channels for a technology company.
  • Proven ability to translate technical information into engaging content for a non-technical audience.
  • Hands-on experience editing short-form videos using tools like CapCut and creating visually appealing assets with tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Tech-savvy and skilled at streamlining workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Motivated to build and grow social media profiles from the ground up.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Passionate about working in a dynamic startup environment and comfortable with a hands-on approach.


This hybrid role requires on-site presence at their office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.


We offer a relocation package for candidates residing outside Buenos Aires.
