Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Create and design stunning user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Deeply understand client business needs and be able to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and team members.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions. Be effective at gathering user feedback to continually improve designs
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to projects
Qualities for Success:
Intuitive design understanding of UI and UX and expertise with design software
Ability to manage rapid design iterations, changing requirements, context shifting, and balancing diverse needs.
Work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders with varying opinions and technical backgrounds. Be comfortable engaging in constructive criticism
