So, what does a Recruitment Officer at BruntWork really do?

Imagine being the driving force behind building a team of exceptional talent for our clients. As a Recruitment Officer, you will take ownership of sourcing and hiring top candidates who align with BruntWork’s mission. Your role will require you to manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with our proven processes and meeting monthly hiring targets.

You will:

  • Source and Hire Top Talent: Leverage your recruitment expertise to find candidates who meet client needs and secure clear commitments.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Ensure that all candidate interactions adhere to BruntWork’s recruitment standards, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Meet Hiring Targets: Consistently meet monthly hiring goals, demonstrating your ability to perform under deadlines.
  • Work Independently: Manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Use your strong command of English to build relationships and ensure clear, concise communication throughout the process.


Do you have what it takes to become a Recruitment Officer at BruntWork?

You will need:

  • 4+ years of recruitment or HR experience with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring.
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • The ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Completion of the Recruiter Assessment is required for all applicants.



Important Reminders:

  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila Time).
  • Independent Contractor Role: You will manage your own taxes and benefits.
  • Perks: Monthly bonuses for hitting targets, HMO coverage after 90 days for eligible locations.
  • Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
