Key Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation (SOPs):
- Develop and document detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business operations.
- Create clear flowcharts and visual representations of processes to ensure understanding and consistency.
- Provide step-by-step instructions and role definitions for each documented process.
Metrics Reporting and Insights:
- Collect and organize operational data to create regular performance reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and business performance indicators.
- Highlight critical insights from data to assist in operational and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated or student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of process documentation and workflow visualization.
- Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an interest in business operations.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Interest in learning about process automation and optimization tools.
