We’re seeking a Frontend Developer (Semi-Senior) to join our team in a full-time role
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Frontend Developer (Semi-Senior) will focus on implementing frontend designs, ensuring responsive user interfaces, and enhancing the overall user experience. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to create visually appealing and functional applications that meet user needs.
This role combines technical expertise with a keen eye for design to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Frontend Implementation and Design:
- Translate design mockups into functional, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Ensure consistent application of branding and design guidelines across the platform.
- Optimize UI components for performance and scalability.
User Experience and Collaboration:
- Enhance user experience through thoughtful interactions and dynamic features.
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs and services.
- Conduct testing to identify and resolve UI/UX issues.
Continuous Improvement and Maintenance:
- Regularly review and refine frontend code to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
PERSONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, Angular.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Analyze and optimize page load times, rendering performance, and resource usage to improve user experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (mandatory)
- Aptitude and willingness to "get one's hands dirty" and get things done.
- A collaborative and open-minded attitude, with a strong willingness to work as part of a team, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE: (Nice to Have):
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
