We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Appointment Setter to help grow our client base. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for building connections, identifying opportunities and sparking meaningful conversations with potential clients about how we can transform their operations.
What You’ll Do
1. Conduct Market Research 🔍
- Identify and research potential clients that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Stay informed about industry trends and challenges to tailor outreach effectively.
- Build detailed target lists of companies and key decision-makers for outreach.
2. Engage & Qualify Leads 🎯
- Reach out to warm and cold leads through various communication channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals related to RevOps and HubSpot.
- Spark interest in our services, highlighting how White Turtle can address their unique pain points.
3. Build Decks & Outreach Sequences 🛠️
- Create tailored sales decks and presentations to showcase our solutions effectively during prospect engagements.
- Design and execute automated email sequences to nurture and engage prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Personalize outreach to resonate with the specific needs and goals of potential clients.
4. Set Appointments with Decision Makers 🗓️
- Schedule high-quality appointments for our HubSpot consultants and sales team.
- Ensure prospects are well-informed and excited about the consultation by sharing key value propositions.
- Maintain a focus on building trust and rapport with each lead.
5. Collaborate with the Team 🤝
- Work closely with our RevOps strategists and consultants to align outreach strategies with our services.
- Share insights from conversations with prospects to refine messaging and offerings.
- Attend regular team meetings to review goals, performance and opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Experience
- Market Research Pro: Ability to identify and prioritise potential clients that align with our ICP.
- People-First Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with prospects and establish rapport quickly.
- Sales Savvy: Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role is a plus.
- Organised & Efficient: Strong time management skills to juggle research, outreach, and follow-ups effectively.
- Creative Deck Builder: Proficiency in creating impactful sales decks using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.
- Tech-Smart: Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot experience is a major bonus), outreach tools, and email automation platforms.
- Results-Driven: A self-starter who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals.
- Curious Problem Solver: Interest in learning more about RevOps, HubSpot and how businesses grow through alignment.
