About Us:
Channl is an early-stage startup redefining the creator economy. We empower creators and artists to build, own, and monetize their fan communities on their terms. As a small, passionate team preparing for a major launch in early 2025, we’re dedicated to providing tools that help creators take control of their careers and connect more deeply with their audiences.
About the Role:
This is a part-time contractor position, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our business scales. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The position is fully remote, but if you’re based in LA, that’s a bonus—we’d love to meet in person occasionally.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Design graphics and edit videos to align with Channl’s brand.
Write captions, engage with comments, and build community.
Research trends and propose creative ideas.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing social media accounts (real examples required).
Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Ability to write compelling captions and engage with audiences.
Knowledge of social media trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
