Senior Systems Designer in CZECHIA

Our teams in Prague, Brno, and Bratislava are seeking a passionate designer with experience of developing systems for an AAA game. 

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping its foundations. 

What does a Senior Systems Designer do? 

• Develop innovative and engaging game systems tailored to fast-paced gameplay and its progression.
• Create prototypes and drive iterative development based on playtesting and feedback.
• Work closely with engineers, artists, and other designers to integrate features seamlessly according to the game’s overall vision.
• Help shape metrics and best practices for other designers.
• Review content to ensure systems are utilized to maximum potential.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and articulate your design concepts to stakeholders. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 3+ years of game design experience, with a focus on systems design. Proven track record of shipping at least 1 AAA title.
• Experience with multiplayer games.
• Familiarity with modern game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Lua, or similar).
• Strong design and analytical skills; ability to use math, statistics, spreadsheets, etc. in order to analyze and shape desired experience.
• Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate across disciplines.
