We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working with pre-designed templates while adding creative flair to align with brand standards. You will play a vital role in producing high-quality visuals for various digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency and efficiency in design execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand project requirements and concepts.
Customize and adapt pre-designed templates to create graphics for social media, email campaigns, banners
Design visual elements images, and illustrations using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs or Receive and implement feedback to refine and improve designs in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain a centralized library of templates, ensuring files are properly named, version-controlled, and easy for the team to access
Work closely with senior designers to modify templates for unique projects or campaigns requiring tailored adjustments or collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute design requirements
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between speed and attention to detail
Adapt templates for multiple formats, including resizing and optimizing for mobile, web, and print
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer
Experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience working with design templates and adapting them for various purposes
Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently within deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
