We are seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to elevate our team's technical capabilities to new heights. Working within our tech stack— highlighted Laravel, Nuxt, Cloudflare, AWS, Kubernetes, Github Actions,— you will collaborate closely with product managers and colleagues to craft scalable, top-tier software solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your primary responsibilities will involve spearheading the design and development of distributed, scalable systems with an emphasis on high availability, concurrency, and cost-efficiency, primarily focusing on the front-end aspects. You will champion software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle, with a particular focus on front-end technologies, including coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and production operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical expertise in front-end development, capable of tackling complex projects and serving as a technical reference for the team to achieve innovative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers to guide software product development, ensuring alignment with our vision and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
- Lead by example, fostering a team environment where members are motivated to grow, tackle challenges, and refine their skills.
- Oversee and provide guidance to front-end development teams, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high standards of organization and communication.
- Spearhead the design and implementation of front-end systems within our tech stack, leveraging your expertise in technologies such as Nuxt, along with complementary tools and frameworks.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in front-end development, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and performance optimization techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new front-end technologies and methodologies to enhance our current tech stack.
- Ensure the successful deployment and delivery of front-end solutions, contributing to the technical definition of project backlogs, prioritization, and requirements.
Hard skills
- 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, preferably in both large corporations and startup environments.
- Experience with streaming platforms or MRR business models is a plus.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, with hands-on experience in TypeScript and a solid understanding of front-end frameworks like Nuxt.
- Strong knowledge of large and complex data structures, particularly within the context of front-end development.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure operations.
