Role Summary
We’re expanding our Offensive Security Team and seeking a passionate Pen Tester/Red Teamer. In this role, you’ll conduct a wide spectrum of security assessments—from penetration testing and red team exercises to vulnerability scanning and physical access evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely project delivery and clear, consistent communication.
• Security Assessment Execution: Perform detailed security assessments (including penetration testing and vulnerability analysis) and document findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Red Team Challenges: Take part in advanced red team simulations—social engineering attacks, privileged escalation, and post-exploitation strategies—providing actionable insights to strengthen security defences.
Technical Proficiencies
• Python/Scripting: Strong Python skills for custom script creation, data parsing, and automating tasks.
• Linux/Windows Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Linux/Windows systems, including command line navigation, file permissions, and common security tools.
• Burp Suite Expertise: Skilled in intercepting and manipulating web traffic, running automated scans, and identifying vulnerabilities.
• Nmap & Enumeration Tools: Experienced in network scanning/enumeration (Nmap) to uncover open ports, services, and misconfigurations.
• Active Directory Analysis/Impacket: Proficient with tools like Impacket to analyse Active Directory, identify weaknesses, and exploit them effectively.
What We’re Seeking
• Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Experience Level: Open to graduates, juniors, and experienced candidates—red team exposure is a plus.
• Skills: Creative problem-solving, adaptability, and a passion for tackling constantly evolving threats.
• Attributes: Motivated, determined, and eager to learn; self-starters with a track record of hands-on experience.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration within a close-knit, fast-paced environment.

• Offensive Security (OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, OSCEE, etc.)
• CRTO/CRTL (focusing on red team operations and C2 frameworks)
• CREST certifications
• GIAC certifications (e.g., GPEN, GXPN, GAWN)
• eCPPT or other industry-recognised qualifications
