The opportunity


Unlike traditional community management roles that focus solely on moderation and support, this position represents a strategic partnership with our product and research teams to drive user-centered innovation. You'll:


  • Design and scale our Insiders community program to drive engagement and retention
  • Create and operate systematic feedback loops between users and product teams
  • Synthesize user feedback into actionable product insights and recommendations
  • Identify patterns in user behavior and needs that inform product strategy
  • Partner closely with product managers and researchers to validate ideas and features
  • Create innovative user experiences, rewards, and recognition systems
  • Drive measurable business impact through strategic community initiatives
  • Lead crisis management and user trust & safety efforts

  • Base: $140,000 - $180,000
