Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Cloud Solutions: Spearhead the cloud journey by working with the latest in cloud technology.
Core Platform Management: Oversee the Infrastructure as Code for vital components of the Core Platform Layer, like Kubernetes Clusters and Message Broker backends.
Performance Optimization: Develop and enhance web applications, APIs, and backend services to ensure peak performance.
Infrastructure Empowerment: Design self-service infrastructure platforms, offering tools and advice for developers to manage applications across various environments.
Collaborative Problem-Solving: Join forces with a diverse team to refine efficiency, performance, and scalability in line with evolving business requirements.
Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table
Expertise in Kubernetes, with hands-on experience in AWS EKS and Rancher RKE.
Deep knowledge of Kafka infrastructure management in a distributed setting.
Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure management using Terraform.
Solid background in AWS services, including EC2, ALBs, VPC, and EKS.
Track record of developing scalable, distributed infrastructure.
Experience with version control systems for managing code changes.
Familiarity with the Prometheus/Grafana monitoring stack.
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Powershell, or similar.
Linux distributions management expertise.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of IT operations best practices, ITIL, and DevOps principles.
