Planned Talent’s client, an innovative US-based financial and professional services group with a focus on the real estate market, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious CEO. This role is perfect for a motivated COO (Chief Operating Officer) or CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) ready to elevate their career to the top executive level.

With outstanding revenue growth, the company needs a strategic leader who can manage and scale a $10 million+ business. You'll have the opportunity to drive turnover and expand the team, setting the stage for remarkable success.

Scope of work will include:

• Lead 5 key business units: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and more.
• Strategically manage a fully remote team of 50 members.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to boost revenue by 60% annually.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients, exceeding their expectations.
• Align sales and revenue strategies with overall business goals through close partnerships with other stakeholders.
• Implement strategic directives and business plans for continuous growth.

Education and skills:

• Post-grad qualification in business, marketing, sales or a related field
• 10 years’ Experience in a sales or revenue background with an operational and strategic flair
• Proven background in senior-level leadership but still with an involved and hands-on approach
• Experience from a professional services background is preferred
• HubSpot experience will be advantageous
• Strong ability to motivate and lead remote teams
• Good ability to navigate different time zones – US time zones (EST)
• USD compensation and lucrative quarterly bonus structure based on growth numbers
