How to stand out as a Senior Recruiter Applicant:

  • We do not use any AI to review your CV, a recruiter looks at every single one. So instead of using key-words, show us the impact you've had through your career.
  • Show, don't tell us you are confident with data. This means including the number of hires you make, your core stakeholder group, and the impact of any projects.
  • We don't require a cover letter here, but we are an asynchronous culture so including a Loom introducing yourself would be extremely welcome (but not required).

The process for this role will be as follows:

1. Interview with the Hiring Manager

2. Submission of a written task, combined with a review of the task with our VP TA

3. Meeting with our CPO, a key Stakeholder and a Meet and greet with the team.
