Senior Product Designer in CYPRUS

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Product Manager in order to discover, validate and design solutions for the most demanded by customers improvements and features;
• Translate business requirements, user feedback and technical limitations into meaningful product improvements;
• Own the end-to-end design from rough ideas and sketches to high-fidelity prototypes;
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features are implemented at the highest quality;
• Develop and keep design system updated in order to focus on user & business needs maintaining speed and quality;
• Work collaboratively with other designers to maintain product consistency;

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as UI/UX designer for mobile (iOS, Android) and web-applications for customer-facing products; The portfolio is a must (Most importantly mobile applications and web services);
• Good knowledge and experience with designing user flows using JTBD, User Scenarios or other notations\techniques; User-Centred Design orientation;
• Solid knowledge of Figma; Good understanding of practices of mobile and web front-end development;

In addition to formal requirements, we are looking for the following qualities:

• Goal-Aligned Design Philosophy: You should have a keen understanding of both user and business objectives for each feature or change.
• Holistic Approach: We expect you to view each feature as an integral component of the overall system. You should ensure that every design is compatible with existing elements of the product and leverages its current capabilities to enhance the overall ecosystem.
• Thoughtful solutions: You need to thoroughly comprehend the entire user flow and potential outcomes of your designs. It is crucial that your designs are well-thought-out, leaving no incomplete paths that could hinder user experience.
• Self-Managed: This role requires independence and minimal need for managerial oversight.

Would be considered as a plus:

• Prior experience in EdTech sector;
• Experience in conducting or participating in qualitative and\or quantitative research;
• Understanding product metrics;
