Our platform allows clients to upload images captured by camera traps or satellite-enabled cameras. Using in-house developed AI models, we automatically tag these images with species information and deliver alerts via mobile apps or even trigger automated actions like triggering traps.

Who You Are:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Remote: Work 100% remotely in Australia.
• Communication: Comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues professionally
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience
• Strong skills in Python, ReactJS, JavaScript, and Java

What You’ll Be Doing:

Improving the User Interface:

Enhance and develop new UI components to support our integration with new hardware devices, including video handling and remote triggers. This will involve writing new high performance react components.

• Technologies: ReactJS, Flask, Python, Dash & Plotly

Developer Operations:

Prepare the platform for scaling as we increase the number of users and devices in the field, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Technologies: Selenium, Python, Java, AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Platform Support:

Assist real users in troubleshooting platform-related issues, provide solutions, and support the onboarding process, especially with the new AI-trigger functionality.

• Client interactions for troubleshooting
• User onboarding, focusing on platform features and AI-trigger functionality

Creating Documentation & Video Tutorials:

Develop easy-to-follow video tutorials and written guides to help users get the most out of our platform. This will include simple video creation with AI-generated voiceovers and documentation integration on our WordPress site.

• Responsibilities include documentation and video creation.
• Contributing to ISO 27001 certification efforts.
