About the Role:
As a Product Owner/Manager, you will be responsible for taking projects from initial ideas to great product features that customers love. You will work daily with our development team and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery of our innovative AI personal replicas.
What You'll Do:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with our mission.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Manage the product backlog and oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive successful product launches and enhance user experiences.
- Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to continuously improve product features and make informed decisions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Facilitate daily communication with the team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and timelines.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably in software development or AI/ML domains.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in backlog management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
