Senior Analyst Developer – ERP Systems


Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £52,487–£61,534 per year

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time


Are you a skilled Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) developer looking to make an impact in a collaborative and innovative environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join the technical ERP team of a prestigious organization, working on HR and Finance applications while contributing to their Cloud ambitions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional Agile team, focused on designing, developing, and improving software that enhances user experience and delivers meaningful solutions.


About the Role

This role focuses on Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Learning Management, and Compensation & Benefits Management. You'll play a key role in software development, leveraging modern practices like test-driven development and refactoring system integrations.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing and maintaining clean, secure code and software configurations.
  • Collaborating with EBS functional subject matter experts and technical teams (e.g., Platforms, Database, and Network domains).
  • Participating in Agile workflows, including peer reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and solution design playbacks.
  • Exploring opportunities to modernize system integrations as part of the organization’s Cloud strategy.


About You

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and collaborative skills, with significant experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite development (preferably R12). You’ll also have:

  • Proficiency in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with ITIL support processes, including release management.
  • The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Oracle Workflow, AME, UMX, OAF, ADF, BI Publisher, REST web services, ISG, and Oracle Forms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and tools like JIRA is highly desirable.
