We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and manage the overall infrastructure of our company.

Additionally, the CTO will oversee our backend infrastructure utilizing cloud services such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

#### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with the company's business goals.

#### Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within technology departments, particularly in AI and web development.
- Extensive experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure services, especially GCP and AWS, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and operations.
- Strong background in web development with proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to our technology stack.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse and innovative tech team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
