Job Title: Chief Technology Officer for Mobile Apps (onsite in Thailand)

Salary: $10,000 – 15,000 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Vietnamese Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and execution of our mobile application technology strategy. This role involves overseeing the engineering team, driving innovation, and ensuring the app is scalable, secure, and user-focused.

• Technology Strategy: Define and implement the technological roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage the engineering team to ensure high performance.
• Development Oversight: Lead the design, architecture, and execution of the mobile app development process, maintaining top quality and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure data protection and adherence to regulatory standards.
• User-Centric Innovation: Drive features and optimizations based on user feedback and market trends.
• Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on objectives.
• Budget Management: Develop and oversee the technology budget effectively.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a CTO/Engineering Director role.
• Proven expertise in mobile app development (iOS & Android platforms).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, cloud-based infrastructure).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with mobile app security and data protection.
• Familiarity with app store compliance and submission processes.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
