Description:

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the payroll of a multi-property organisation along with preparation and submissions of various reports on a regular basis.

Responsibilities within the role:

Monthly salary processing

Review and ensure that all required documentation for new hires are captured onto the payroll system and filed

Keep up to date with payroll systems and trends

Internal Reports

Preparation and submission of Work Place Skills Plan and Actual Training Report

Facilitate annual audits by assisting auditors

Keep track of the validity of Work permits/visas of foreign nationals

Preparing and submitting of monthly and annual Statutory Reporting

Issue employee tax certificates

Education Level Required:

B-comm degree or similar qualification

Skills Required:

MS Excel - Advanced level

Simple Pay experience advantageous

Familiar with the use of an applicant tracking system / employee self-service system

Level of Experience:

At least 10 years of payroll experience

Shared Services Experience advantageous

Please note that relocation costs will be for your own expense should your application be successful and you reside outside of the city where the Hotel is located.
