We are looking for an enthusiastic Systems Administrator I to provide operational support for enterprise systems and assist in maintaining their performance and reliability.
What We Are Looking For As a Systems Administrator I, you will be responsible for basic system configurations, user support, and assisting in routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth system operations.

Responsibilities
- Perform system configuration and updates under supervision.
- Provide first-level support for system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Document configurations, processes, and system updates.
- 0–2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Twilio, Jira, or similar systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish.
- Growth opportunities within the Systems Administration team.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems.
- Mentorship from senior team members.
- Technical Support: Provide effective solutions for basic system issues.
- Learning Agility: Quickly learn and apply new system tools and processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of configurations and changes.
