Creating and maintaining ops dashboard and reports
Taking ownership for umbrella monitoring tool
Ensuring proper interaction with CMDB, Ticketing tools, etc.
Keeping monitoring plugins up to date
Helping new users to onboard umbrella monitoring
Performing development tasks including testing and technical documentation
Collaborating with providers (software vendor) to align bugs, feature requests, among others
In order to succeed, you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
Proven experience working as a Network Monitoring Engineer or related role
Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic (ELK) - implementation and usage
Advanced scripting skills (e.g. with bash)
Experience with Programming plugins (e.g. in NAGIOS, OITC)
Strong experience with Linux OS
Knowledge and proven experience with ITIL Processes
Experience with Network Operations and Network Administration
Nice to have
Experience with Ansible
AWS knowledge and experience
Experience with containerization
Machine Learning experience
Experience openITCOCKPIT
