Role Description
As a Junior Mobile Developer at Capital Beaver Enterprise, you will play a key role in designing and implementing software solutions that address societal challenges. You’ll contribute throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation and development to testing and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy software to address societal issues, with a particular focus on homecare and healthcare solutions.
- Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in managing products from initial concepts through prototyping to launch, ensuring timely and smooth delivery.
- User-centric Development: Gather and translate customer needs into functional features. Enhance existing solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: 7 years experience with React Native, Swift, Kotlin, .NET, JavaScript, and PHP, with the ability to work across multiple platforms.
- Full-Stack Development: Competence in both frontend and backend development.
- GitHub Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing past projects, with project documentation or screenshots for review.
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative mindset with the ability to address complex challenges through technology.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and deliver projects on time with high quality.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with homecare or healthcare software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Firebase) and API integrations.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles to drive user-centric development.
- Exposure to Agile or Lean development methodologies.
- Proficiency in version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- High attention to detail in development, testing, and deployment processes.
