Lead C++ Software Engineer - Fully Remote - Up to $300k Base

A high-frequency quantitative trading firm is seeking a Team Lead for one of their C++ teams that is focusing on market expansions.

About the Client:

This dynamic firm provides liquidity in both traditional and emerging markets, including cryptocurrency, by leveraging machine learning to power their trading strategies. Founded by a former Kaggle Grandmaster (ranked 1st globally), the company has built its systems from the ground up, free of any legacy constraints. With fewer than 200 employees, they are rapidly expanding into new markets. Uniquely, the team trades using their own capital rather than managing client funds.

About the Role:

As the Lead C++ Software Engineer, you’ll report directly to the CEO/Founder & you will:

  • Lead the expansion into new markets by building out scalable solutions for low latency systems for the exchanges.
  • Build and manage a team of top-tier developers driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Work alongside quants and traders to handle large datasets and develop algorithms and CPU memory models to optimize performance.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a fast-growing, results-oriented firm with no bureaucracy.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies alongside the best engineers in the industry.
  • Enjoy full remote flexibility, working from anywhere in the world, or join one of their hubs in cities like London or Dubai.

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the listed requirements. If you have a strong background, proven experience, and the drive to learn, we want to hear from you.
