Position: Low-Code/No-Code Product Owner
Contract to Hire: 6 month contract
W2 hourly pay rate: $43-52
Fully Remote
This role involves performing highly complex business application development using low-code/no-code platforms. The developer will oversee the software product lifecycle using Agile methodologies. The position operates with minimal supervision and requires considerable independent judgment and initiative.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, or Creatio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Rapidly iterate on application prototypes based on user feedback.
- Define implementation capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces for user solutions.
- Develop efficient low-code solutions tailored to business and workflow processes.
- Educate users on low-code/no-code applications to maximize value and adoption.
- Research and deliver innovative process automation and optimization solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed applications.
- Utilize visual development environments, pre-built templates, and drag-and-drop interfaces for application delivery.
- Configure systems to meet unique client requirements.
- Partner with clients to execute testing, provide onboarding support, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Stay current on advancements in low-code/no-code technology.
- Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience in software project management or development may substitute for a degree on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:
- Five (5) years in software project management or development.
- Two (2) years in software support and problem diagnosis.
- One (1) year of experience in low-code/no-code application development.
- Proficiency in basic SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web 2.0 techniques.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, or Creatio.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute technical software implementation and integration activities.

Work Environment:
- Office environment requiring sitting, standing, bending, and repetitive movement.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
- May require vehicle operation, travel by motor vehicle or commercial airline, and occasional overnight travel.
