Timings:

• International Working Hours | Morning Shift
• Monday to Friday

About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Web Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone proficient in WordPress and capable of handling both front-end and back-end development tasks. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing our clients' websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance. Your ability to be flexible, proactive, and collaborative will be crucial for success in this role. You will complete the projects from start to finish. No client handling is required on your part. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain websites.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Conduct SEO tasks, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies.
• Develop and document internal processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Test products to ensure everything is in working order
• Provide support to team members on various projects and tasks as needed.
• Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as they arise, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web development, particularly with WordPress (Shopify would be nice too) 
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
• Some understanding of SEO foundational practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
• Positive attitude and a flexible mindset towards varied tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional web development tools and technologies.
• Background in digital marketing strategies and analytics.
