Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Front-End Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly web applications and interfaces. You will work closely with our design and back-end teams to translate designs and requirements into functional and visually appealing user experiences.
This role is part of a team of front-end developers and will focus on delivering clean, efficient code while collaborating with other developers, designers, and product managers to meet our business goals.
Note: This role requires the ability to overlap 25% of your working hours with Dublin's time zone (GMT/BST) to facilitate collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test UIs for mobile and web applications.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Accurately translate user and business needs into functional front-end code.
- Collaborate with a fully remote tech team based in Ireland, Spain, and the United States.
- Work alongside other front-end developers to implement and maintain seamless user experiences.
- Ensure smooth communication across time zones, including occasional overlap with the Dublin team's working hours.
- Utilize tools such as Git for version control, ClickUp for task management, and Slack for team collaboration and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in building object-oriented web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Ability to overlap 25% of your work hours with Dublin time zone (GMT/BST).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Git, ClickUp, and Slack for version control, project tracking, and communication.
