Summary:

Joined with a pioneering company in the Generative AI space, which recently secured $20M in seed funding, we're to hire Rust Engineers to help shape the future of reinforcement learning-powered AI products.

This role offers the chance to solve impactful technical challenges and contribute to the foundational technology behind high-performance AI systems. You'll help work directly with the AI components and the creation of the robust, distributed backend that intertwines with this to create a secure and scalable system.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Rust (professional experience or significant side projects).
• Proven ability to deliver robust, high-performance systems.
• Passion for generative AI and building foundational technologies.

• Strong preference for candidates that can visit office regularly (even if living in another country)
