This position is a Remote position to work from on in LATAM working with US clients. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.

Title: Senior Customer Success Manager (Global Scale Team - Network Security)

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager with a passion for customer advocacy, team development, and operational excellence. This role involves leading a team to drive customer success, accelerate adoption of network security solutions, and ensure measurable outcomes in customer health, adoption, and retention. You will foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Act as a central point of contact for key customers, aligning account strategies with security and business priorities.

Coach and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional results.

Oversee team execution of contract terms, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage escalations, prioritize workloads, and resolve complex customer issues.

Drive customer outcomes in health, adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution.

Cultivate strong customer relationships through strategic communication and engagement.


Required Qualifications:

Must have experience in XDR(extended detection and response) & XSIAM (Extended security intelligence and automation management)

Proven experience in customer success and technology adoption, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software; cybersecurity experience is a plus.

Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and prioritize effectively in dynamic environments.

Exceptional consulting and project management capabilities with a data-driven approach.

Passion for team development and fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.
