BI/AI Engineer – CRM Analytics with spoken French (relocation to Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are seeking a talented BI/AI Engineer – CRM Analytics with spoken French willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.

As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between Data Science and Marketing, working with our extensive databases to drive data-informed marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Data Scientists by preparing and managing data for predictive models
• Develop and maintain frameworks for model results and performance monitoring
• Perform advanced feature engineering to maximize data value
• Coordinate with IT for new data requirements and warehouse integration
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, particularly for model performance tracking
• Support TV advertising initiatives through datamart creation and management
• Collaborate with both marketing and technical teams to align business needs with technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical business environment
• Strong SQL expertise (Teradata/Oracle) in BI contexts
• Extensive knowledge of database management and data warehouse concepts
• Proven interest in predictive modeling and machine learning concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good spoken French and English

Desired Skills

• Experience with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Python, Spark)
• Power BI proficiency
