We are looking for a skilled AV Systems Manager to lead the technical integration and onsite installation of complex audiovisual systems, ensuring seamless operation across all aspects of this ambitious project.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Integration:
- Lead the design and documentation of audiovisual systems, creating detailed plans for implementation.
- Develop and prototype technological solutions, assembling and testing project equipment.
- Design audiovisual, electrical, and network diagrams to ensure seamless system integration.
Installation & Configuration:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and calibration of AV equipment and software onsite.
- Manage technical equipment and ensure the proper handling of digital files during project deployment.
Operations & Support:
- Provide operational support for AV systems, troubleshooting issues remotely or onsite as required.
- Train and support project teams on the proper use and maintenance of AV equipment.
- Develop AV components for comprehensive project documentation.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in workshops to identify solutions and align on technical requirements.
- Stay at the forefront of multimedia, software, and technical advancements to bring innovative solutions to the project.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Diploma in audiovisual production or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in AV or technical fields, ideally within large-scale immersive projects.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in video programming tools such as Disguise, Coolux, or Watchout.
- Strong skills in designing audiovisual, electrical, and network diagrams.
- Expertise in cabling, welding, system maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AV communication protocols and networking.
Software Proficiency:
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and VectorWorks.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
