Human Resources Advisor in UNITED KINGDOM

Contract: 14 month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Work Pattern: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)


What will you be doing?

You will be pivotal in the development of the operational/function offering to key stakeholders in our 3 regions. This role will be an exciting opportunity for someone who has had some experience in following HR policies and processes, who is looking to expand their knowledge and experience in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. We’re looking for someone who has worked for an international organisation that can bring a level of ER experience to the role.


As we scale globally, you will be responsible for:


  • Managing ER case work across all regions and business areas
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislation globally
  • Managing relocation, immigration, eligibility to work, and visa sponsorship processes
  • Manage all people data including HRIS, employee files, Payroll, benefits and annual benefit enrolment
  • Manage and own the onboarding and offboarding processes globally
  • Support employees and line managers through all employee life cycle events
  • Provide training and educational support to line managers and employees through the use of our existing annual training calendar
  • Liaise with the Finance and Operations teams on monthly payroll data
  • Support team members on operational activity
  • Support in managing cyclical people activity


The kind of person we’re looking for

  • You have excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively
  • You have excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience of managing ER case work within one or more of the following locations; USA, Spain, Romania, Norway, Australia, Singapore, UK
  • Experience of working in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Extremely agile and resilient in terms of managing change and reprioritising activity
  • Tenacious and a quick learner wo can get up to speed quickly
  • Ability to understand and work to VantagePoint values
  • You’re an individual with the ability to think outside the box
  • You’re a brilliant multitasker with exceptional organisation skills and logical approach
  • You’re a natural when it comes to communicating with stakeholders

You’ll be joining our small yet highly productive HR/People team, who over the last 12 months have enacting huge transformational change, this role will be pivotal in successfully embedding these changes and providing expert HR support globally.
