Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager based in Southern Africa to spearhead our lead generation and outreach efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS B2B tech, outbound sales, and lead generation, and will excel in using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and phone to identify and connect with companies interested in SaaS B2B solutions.
  • Prospect Qualification: Screen and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the services provided by our partners.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos with prospects and specialists from our partner organizations.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups to ensure readiness for demos and foster long-term connections.
  • Regional Strategy Development: Adapt outreach strategies to address the unique business dynamics of the Southern African market.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • SaaS B2B Sales Expertise: Proven experience in SaaS B2B tech lead generation, outbound sales, and outreach campaigns.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect and engage effectively with business decision-makers.
  • Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Southern African business landscape.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets in a remote environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable leveraging digital tools and platforms to optimize outreach strategies.
