This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to utilize their language skills and technical expertise to assist clients. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional assistance to German-speaking customers, ensuring their technical challenges are resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding IT support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software and hardware
Educate customers on product functionalities, updates, and usage best practices
Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM system
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to service improvements
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and that their issues have been completely resolved
Stay informed about new products and technological advancements to enhance support delivery
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM software and remote support tools is a significant advantage
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote or in-office setting
