Release and Environment Manager in POLAND

Our client, a global biotech company, is currently looking for an IT Release and Environments Manager to work with a large-scale project. As the IT Release and Environments Manager, you will ensure the security, stability, and availability of IT environments, while overseeing release cycles and timely project delivery.


Requirements


  • Experience in leading large and architecturally significant applications and in strategizing and executing integrated systems to streamline business operations.
  • Experience in managing and contributing to projects, preferably within the context of digital transformation or modernisation initiatives.
  • Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing various cloud technologies (AWS, ETL, Salesforce and MDM).


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless environment management.
  • Lead the release management process with partners, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
  • Develop and implement release strategies that align with IT best practices.
  • Lead the resolution of environment-related issues and provide technical support.
  • Monitor environment performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for environment configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure all environments comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
