Brio Digital has exclusively partnered with a product firm based in the north of England that is looking to hire a skilled Technical IT Business Analyst.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Business Analyst with experience in agile environments to work closely with developers, product teams, and senior stakeholders. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to define and document technical requirements.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose scalable solutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of user stories, workflows, and processes to support product development.
Drive agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables, providing clear and concise documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
Ability to analyse and document complex business and technical processes.
Experience working closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions.
