Product Designer in ITALY

About the role: 

Vita Health is all about Technology, so our product development team is the core of our product. As a product designer, you’ll be involved in evolution of our product by:

• Solving key problems emerged during the discovery phase
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative data 
• Collaborating with the product team to find the best solutions 
• Maintaining and evolving the design system
• Evolving product discovery best practices in collaboration with product marketing team
• Sharing knowledge cross team to increase design understanding cross-functionally

What You'll Need:

• Knowledge and experience in UI best practices
• Solid understanding of UX research approach, tools and techniques 
• Knowledge of working as an agile team and within a product team 
• Knowledge of JIRA, Figma, Figjam, Miro and Mobbin.
• Previous experience with UX research tools: Maze, User interview structure, Card testing..

Nice to have: 

• Previous experience in a SaaS App business
• Previous experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Previous experience in a full remote environment
• Experienced a rebranding in previous company
• English is a plus

What we offer:

• €25,000 - €30,000 depending on experience
• Full remote: you can work from all around Italy, but you can stop by Milan in our office for a visit
