Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading game teams in ensuring profitability and maximizing KPIs while creating exceptional player experiences. This role involves close collaboration with game development teams, data analytics, and marketing, supported by the GM of Mobile. The Senior Product Manager will champion product strategy and execution, driving initiatives that enhance game performance and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute product roadmaps, managing multiple games and projects while delivering compelling product visions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize new features and engaging player experiences.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and monetization strategies, including IAP, ads, and tailored features.
• Drive player retention, onboarding, and engagement using gamification techniques and data-driven insights.
• Analyze game economies, optimize live service content, and leverage player data to enhance performance and revenue.

What You Bring to The Table

• Proven experience in product management within Games, or SaaS environments, with a track record of success.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience in a B2C product management environment, prioritizing consumer needs and experiences.
• Strong capability in developing and executing product roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, leading, and managing products from inception through to completion and live operations.
