Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote (UK Time Zone)

Mida is a lightweight and performance-first A/B testing platform helping marketers and businesses make data-driven decisions without slowing down their websites. Our mission is to democratize A/B testing by offering simple, fast, and accessible tools for everyone.


We’re seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and provide exceptional support to our global customers. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, but you’ll need to be available during UK time zone.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist users with technical questions related to Mida’s SaaS platform, including setting up and troubleshooting A/B tests.
  • Provide guidance and solutions involving JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to report and resolve bugs, improve documentation, and enhance user experience.
  • Manage support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with users in proficient English via email, chat, or video calls. Bonus if you can support customers in additional languages such as Chinese, Spanish, or Dutch.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (Junior Web Developer experience is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other conversational languages are a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while being responsive during UK timezone hours.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or technical support role is a bonus.
