UX/UI Designer

Role Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer to join our London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their design career to gain hands-on experience in creating beautiful, user-friendly interfaces while learning and growing with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for our web platforms and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs
- Participate in user research and testing
- Help maintain our design system and brand guidelines
- Create visual elements such as icons, illustrations, and graphics
- Assist in the development of marketing materials
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (personal or academic projects are welcome)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Basic understanding of design principles and user-centered design
- Keen eye for detail and aesthetic design
Desired Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required but beneficial)
- Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Interest in technology and digital products
